IT Project Portfolio Management consists of programs and projects and is derived from the strategic corporate goals. It is the central basis for all IT projects and thus increases transparency. Furthermore, the use of synergy effects and the avoidance of redundant initiatives is another goal. Furthermore, projects are prioritized based on scores in order to prioritize the most important issues. The dependencies between different projects, the progress of individual projects, the strategy fit or other key figures can be displayed in dashboards, reports and evaluations.
Your Tasks:
- Consolidation and preparation of portfolio roadmaps
- Preparation and provision of portfolio reports for the preparation of decisions
- Optimization of the PRT-JIRA project structure
- Preparing meetings for the committees by creating and contributing to meeting documents
- Supporting activities such as review and alignment with IAV/IT strategy
Necessary Skills:
- A current degree with a focus on computer science or business information systems and / or business administration enriched by knowledge of project / portfolio management
- Analytical thinking, problem-solving ability, structured and goal-oriented action
- Independent working style, initiative and creativity
- Very good knowledge of German and English in order to operate in a professional context
