Aufgaben

What is this job about?

As our first Working student - Business Development (m/f/d) you will play a crucial role in accelerating the growth of our business. You’ll be at the forefront of building and nurturing our customer relationships, shaping our B2B marketing strategy and contributing to our product vision. You will support us in making companies more attractive and spreading happiness among their employees.

Qualifikation

What will you do?

  • Create opportunities: Develop and create effective B2B marketing campaigns across various channels such as online, social media, email, trade fairs, partnerships, blogs etc.
  • Drive growth: Optimize our conversion funnels from first impression to qualified lead and beyond
  • Spread happiness: Manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Insta/TikTok, Medium etc.) to achieve growth
  • Promote our product: Build valuable content that excites and educates potential customers and users
  • Create relationships: Understand and engage with our customer base, collaborating with Sales to surpass customer expectations and deliver an exceptional experience
  • Analyze and iterate: Utilize data analysis for strategic campaign deployment and optimization, ensuring high performance outcomes for each advertising material
  • Act as the face of our mission: Participate in trade fairs, promoting our company and its mission
  • Think ahead: Consider current market trends and consistently support the optimization of our product
  • Shape strategy: Engage closely with our founding team on strategic go-to-market projects, supporting the sustainable growth of our business
  • Collaborate for Success: Work closely with our product and tech team to ensure the continuous improvement and development of our platform
  • Be yourself: Bring in your own ideas and take ownership from Day-1 of your journey with HelloBonnie

What you bring to the table?

  • First experience (internship etc.) in a startup, marketing/sales position or in another fast-paced environment, such as strategy consulting, VC etc.
  • Minimum of 16h availability per week - we are flexible if you'd like to do 2 full days or spread across the week
  • Strong ambition to drive commercial growth and Business Development in an early-stage startup environment
  • Compelling communication skills in German and English on business level (both min. B2)
  • A pragmatic, action-oriented mindset, ready to roll up sleeves and dedicated to making things happen
  • A blend of robust analytical skills and creativity, facilitating decisions that are both well-informed and innovative
  • Ability to think outside the box and no fear to venture into uncharted waters
  • Experience with software products in FinTech or WorkTech is a valuable asset but not mandatory
  • Most important: Excited to promote a product that spreads employee happiness :)
