We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Website/Online Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Marketing Sports team. This position can be practiced remotely out of Germany, or in a hybrid role out of Munich. As the Website/Online Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our company's online presence. This role requires a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach, capable of independently managing areas such as UX, SEO, SEA, Website Management, and Marketing Automation with HubSpot.
YOUR TASKS
- Website Strategy and Management:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive website strategy to enhance user experience and drive engagement
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the company website, ensuring content is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with brand objectives
- Implement best practices for website architecture, usability, and design
- SEO and SEA:
- Lead SEO and SEA initiatives to improve the company's search engine rankings and online visibility
- Conduct keyword research, monitor performance metrics, and implement optimization strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO and SEA efforts with overall marketing goals
- User Experience (UX):
- Analyze user behavior, conduct usability testing, and gather insights to enhance the overall user experience
- Implement improvements to the website's navigation, layout, and functionality
- Marketing Automation with HubSpot:
- Leverage HubSpot for marketing automation, including lead nurturing, email campaigns, and workflow automation
- Implement and optimize marketing automation processes to streamline lead generation and customer engagement
- Analytics:
- Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to track, analyze, and report on website performance
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis
- LinkedIn Marketing:
- Leverage LinkedIn as a key platform for marketing and brand promotion
- Develop and implement effective LinkedIn marketing strategies to reach target audiences
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS
- 3-10 years of relevant experience in website and online marketing
- In-depth knowledge of UX principles, SEO, and SEA strategies
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Ads and Social Media advertising
- Experience with HubSpot is a must and experience with Craft CMS is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Home base in Germany with excellent German & English language skills
