In this role you will demonstrate a strong knowledge of warehouse and manufacturing management of mobile robotics services business processes within the consumer service robotics segments of the industry, as well as extensive experience in a similar role.
Your responsibilities
- Management of Warehouse and Manufacturing Service Operator Team.
- Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet warehouse demands according to production schedules and workflow.
- Develops and maintains departmental work instructions for all tasks.
- Codes and prepares appropriate receiving/shipping documentation.
- Ensures maintenance of equipment and facilities.
- Identifies and recommends necessary improvements to technical equipment and facilities.
- Optimizes warehouse capacity, inventory and floor utilization.
- Recommends measures to improve quality of service, increase department efficiency and improve performance of work crews and equipment.
- Performance of work crews and equipment.
- Supervises and assists in daily warehouse and shipping operations.
- Ensures stock accuracy by performing periodic inventories and/or cycle counts.
- Ensures productivity targets and KPI's are met by motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork, and encouraging teamwork.
Your background
- + 7 years of experience in management warehouse and logistics, working as Warehouse Manager, Supply Chain Manager, Logistics.
- Preferably bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Economics or similar.
- Valued Master's Degree in Logistics, Lean Manufacturing and/or courses in logistics competences.
- Soft skills: leadership, proactive, collaborative team player, autonomous.
- Knowledge of Excel, SAP, Outlook, Teams.
- Spanish. Highly valued English and other major European languages.
- Current car drivers license valid in Burgos and permission to live and work in Spain Current.
