Process Automation ABB University in EUOPC is seeking a dedicated and experienced Technical Training Manager to lead the development and execution of Technical Training programs within the organization as well as provide the Technical Trainings to ABB employees in Local Divisions, ABB Chanell Partners, and ABB customers.

This position reports to

Engineering Manager

Your responsibilities

• Closely collaborate with Technical Training Coordinator
• Identify and functionally manage all trainers capable to perform trainings for current training portfolio
• Maintain training technical infrastructure in all EUOPC locations and propose new components, devices or areas, budget and manage provision of it
• Develop new trainings in close collaboration with Product Control Platform (PCP) organization
• Promote training portfolio across EUOPC as well as PA engineering community

Your background

• University degree in the field of industrial automation
• Familiarity with ABB's products, solutions, and technology landscape is highly desirable
• Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical audiences effectively
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
