Your mission

  • As Technical Support Manager you are the important interface between our customers and the internal teams consisting of Product Management, Development, Customer Service and Sales
  • You will be the first point of contact for more complex product questions and answer them via phone and chatbot
  • You get to the bottom of concerns of all kinds and make sure they are resolved in a timely manner
  • You develop new ways to check complex product issues and irregularities quickly and comprehensibly
  • Additionally, you test bugs, new features, and simultaneously verify your solution paths in our software

Your profile

  • You have at least 2 years of professional experience in technical customer support and/or a completed education with a focus on IT
  • You are experienced with ticket management tools like Jira, CRM tools like Salesforce (or similar), SQL knowledge is a plus
  • You enjoy contact with customers, even when they contact you with problems
  • You like to work in a team and enjoy developing solutions - internally and with customers
  • You have an excellent approach to self-organizing your work and prioritizing topics
  • Your communication in German (C2) and English (C1) is impeccable, both written and spoken
  • You are located in Germany
