Join our team in Leipzig, Erfurt or Ilmenau in full time / part time as Technical Product Manager (m/f/d).
What is the role about?
- Key position between customers and our development teams in national and international projects in the energy market sector.
- Requirements analysis and review of requirements for projects and product features.
- Creating use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and managing the product backlog for the development team.
- Coordination of the proposed solutions with the stakeholders.
- Setup of technical solution proposals and/or their adaptation in consultation with the system engineer responsible for the project.
- Support the development teams during their implementation.
- Creation and continuation of a product catalog based on customer requirements.
You fit in with us, if…
- You have several years of professional experience as a Technical Product Manager, requirements engineer, pre-sales consultant, or in a comparable position.
- You have first experience in cooperation with international customers in technically demanding projects. Experience in the energy market is a plus.
- You hold a Bachelor’s Degree or apprenticeship in IT, telecommunication environment, or a related discipline.
- You ideally bring experience in working with JIRA, Confluence, and MS Project.
- Your strengths lie in the analysis, structuring, and precise documentation of complex customer requirements. Moreover, you are able to recognize limits and conflicts in technical processes and present them in a modular way.
- Occasional traveling is no problem for you.
- You are fluent in English - German or/and French is a strong plus but not a must.
