What you will do:You will implement analytic events and use data insights to make well-informed decisions about game design, features, and monetization strategies You continuously monitor the performance of your games and make data-driven recommendations for adjustments to improve this performanceYou will conduct thorough market research to understand the trends, player preferences, and successful strategies of competitorsYou will analyze competitors' games to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threatsYou will develop a comprehensive monetization strategy that combines both Rewarded Ads and In-App PurchasesYou will optimize the pricing and offerings of In-app Purchases to maximize revenue without compromising player satisfactionYou will share your knowledge and best practices related to hybrid and casual game development with your team membersWho you are: You bring at least 2 years of experience of product management on hybrid-casual games You are highly analytical and find simple, creative solutions to complex problemsYou are constantly striving for more efficiency and creating structure comes naturally to youYou have a natural desire to learn new things and grow your skill set You are very passionate about your work.
