Technical Product Content Manager, Residential Energy

Create effective and engaging product marketing content, educating our different customer types on product value propositions, product functionality, reliability and competitive edge
Write and own product marketing content holistically including technical white papers, sales materials, and web content
Translate detailed engineering specifications and performance data into digestible content that can be used by our marketing team to create targeted messaging campaigns
Stay informed on global Residential Energy competitor products/features, changing customer value propositions, and market trends
Continuously gather end customer, B2B partner, and installer feedback to drive product marketing decisions
Support the localization of content across EMEA and APAC regions
Drive action & accountability from key stakeholders to meet product marketing priorities

Strong experience in hardware and software product marketing
Experience in the energy industry a plus
Ability to craft clear, concise and engaging product content
Strong communication/collaboration skills, effectively working with both technical, analytical, and creative teams
A relentless drive to make things happen, operating independently, bringing creative recommendations and solutions to problems
Strong analytical skills and a comfortability working with large product/customer datasets to drive marketing decisions
