YOUR MISSION:

Parloa is the leading Conversational AI platform in the Contact Center Software Market revolutionizing customer experience.

As the Partnerships Team Lead in the DACH region, you will be responsible for managing a team of partner managers focused on driving leads and revenue through Regional System Integrators (RSIs). This role requires strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of partner ecosystems, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets through collaborative selling approaches.  Responsibilities will include managing and supporting the team in achieving their partner-led objectives, while also taking ownership of a partner portfolio to achieve team targets.
Your expertise in partner management and industry knowledge will be instrumental in identifying value propositions among our partners, fostering growth and customer retention.

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to a team of partner managers. Set clear performance expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback to support individual and team success.
  • Develop and nurture strong relationships with Parloa's RSIs. Collaborate with partners to identify new business opportunities, drive joint sales activities, and expand market reach.
  • Work closely with senior management to develop and execute partner sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee the partner sales pipeline, tracking opportunities from lead generation to closure. Monitor and analyze sales forecasts, sales performance, pipeline health, partner engagement data and conversion rates to ensure targets are met and exceeded, as well as identifying opportunities for improvement. 
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product management, sales enablement and customer success teams, to align partner sales initiatives with broader company objectives and ensure successful partner-led sales. 
  • Participate in contract negotiations with partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that drive revenue growth and align with company policies and objectives. Manage partner contracts, agreements, and compliance requirements.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, partner sales or channel management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships and indirect sales channels.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, including reseller, distributor, and technology partner dynamics.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a focus on delivering value to partners and end customers.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data and insights to drive informed decision-making and performance optimization.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales automation tools, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities.
