Your tasks
- As a Team Lead, you will lead and be responsible for your team in terms of personnel, content and finances from a business perspective.
- This includes disciplinary responsibility for employees. In addition, the work includes the technical and content-related as well as the financial planning and management of the respective organizational unit.
- As a Team Lead, you are the first point of contact for your employees and thus primarily responsible for personnel management and the management of the operational business.

Your Profile
You have a degree in computer science, business informatics or other engineering courses as well as several years of professional experience in IT-specific corporate roles.
You actively drive topics forward, want to shape and change them, and always see new topics and challenges as opportunities.
You are able to communicate appreciatively and clearly, can address conflicts and solve them sustainably and live empowerment.
You will be able to reconcile different group and stakeholder interests and priorities (e.g. projects, teams, business partners, etc.) and to develop and implement strategies for your area in a sustainable way.
You are passionate about technologies and want to understand what software engineering will look like in the future.
You are interested in team topologies, DevOps, site reliability engineering and other patterns in the context of software engineering.
You have very good written and spoken German and English skills
