Join edding’s rising star: The Business Unit Creative & Home develops and markets edding’s B2C product portfolio aimed at inspiring creativity and providing practical solutions in the household. You and your team are responsible for growing edding’s Creative & Home business by creating a sustainable competitive advantage based on innovation and continuous improvement. You act as internal consultant to the business unit and drive the innovative agenda. In your role as a team lead, you will work in an agile environment and report to the Vice President Business Unit Creative & Home.

These are your tasks:

• Monitor trends from mega to micro with a bird’s eye perspective and Creative & Home focus
• Derive the possible impact of trends on our business and identify fields for innovation, development and optimisation in order to support commercial success
• Initiate pipeline filling and ensure up-to-dateness of our product portfolio
• Continuously improve key processes within the BU and cross-functionally with partner departments
• Identify and analyse new business models and drive their implementation

This is your profile:

• Passion about innovations and business development opportunities
• Profound project experience, ideally as a management consultant
• Proven track record of implementing real-life change
• Experience in developing consumer-centric products
• Fluency in English, German language skills highly advantageous
• Experience creating value as a team leader and your leadership style embraces our agile work environment
• Strong analytical skills combined with a pragmatic mind-set
