About the role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our team on a Maternity Contract.
This is a work-from-home role in Portugal. The successful candidate will need to be based in Portugal.
The base salary for this position is 25,000 euro. You will receive a 20 eur a month internet allowance. The meal allowance is 7.63 per day.
This role will suit a candidate who is looking for something exciting, busy and a chance to grow your skills.
You will report to the Recruitment and Onboarding Manager and will be responsible for managing the initial recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Recruitment and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills. Fluency in English is essential for this role.
What you'll be doing
- Partnering with Operations Leads to understand their hiring needs and advise on recruitment strategies.
- Source, screen and evaluate candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and direct sourcing.
- Conduct thorough screening interviews and assessments to assess candidate’s qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a seamless and efficient recruitment process and a great candidate experience.
- Facilitate the selection process by presenting candidates to the hiring managers and gathering feedback.
- Help Build and drive the overall recruitment strategy.
- Manage and report on recruitment metrics to the rest of the business
- Continuously find new ways to improve the recruiting process
The roles you'll be hiring for
Primarily, you’ll be recruiting Customer and Technical Support Agents to support our Partner’s customer bases. Our Partners are often start up or scales up businesses in industries such as Healthtech, Fintech, Aviation and ecommerce. You'll be hiring for roles that are based in Ireland and Portugal.
The Recruitment Process
Our recruitment process is in 3 stages.
- 30 min interview over Teams with the Recruiter
- Language test if applicable to the role
- 45 min interview over Teams with the Hiring Team
Your profile
- Previous experience as a Recruiter and HR Administrator, preferably in the BPO industry.
- Demonstrated expertise in full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and assessing candidates.
- Ability to create multi-channel sourcing strategies.
- Experience with building and implementing Recruiting processes and Employer Branding initiatives.
- Focused on providing a best-in-class Candidate Experience
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and confidentiality.
