- Provide remote and onsite technical support to internal Tesla engineers for Siemens software, focusing on Teamcenter and Line Designer processes
- Document technical articles and contribute to growth of the support knowledge base
- Understand business processes, help gather basic requirements, and validate solutions that are aligned with business goals
- Work closely with software decision-makers and technical architects for new feature enhancements and resolving system bugs
- Work with software vendors and application product teams to enable issues resolution and enhancements
- Investigate and explore capabilities of engineering tools to improve design, manufacturing and change management
- Monitor and track support request in a service desk application
Anfrage
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent
- 5+ years of progressive experience in the industry
- Advanced knowledge of one or more of Teamcenter, NX, Line Designer, Process Simulate, Autodesk products, SolidWorks, SolidWorks PDM or Dassault Systemes applications
- Knowledge of Active Workspace configurations, Business Modeler IDE, ITK or experience with custom workflows
- Ability to communicate complex concepts with clarity through impeccable communication and documentation
- Strong analytical skills, problem solving ability, and project management experience
- Excellent customer service approach
- Previous experience in a role involving CAD design, manufacturing engineering, user support, or business-user interactio
