Qualification: bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Expertise on Robotic Process Automation and Blue prism.
• Good hands-on understanding and troubleshooting experience of infra landscape like public cloud (Azure), Azure Cloud VM/ Application/ Database server configurations.
• Hands-on experience in using SQL and SQL PaaS.
• Candidate should have good knowledge on usage and troubleshooting issues w.r.t., IIS, AD, Networking and Blue prism and ABBYY infrastructure setup.
• Accountable for resilience and availability of RPA Blue Prism platform. Drive and resolve the complex landscape issues in coordination with Business, Tool Vendors, Architects and Suppliers.
• Identify and suggest landscape challenges and tradeoffs.
• Define, Manage and evolve enterprise grade RPA platform.
• Participate in evolving Robotics lifecycle standards towards higher maturity. Ensure the Bots are following the standards and guidelines before it is promoted to production environment
• Drive the issue resolution by taking ownership of the issues and communicating to the stakeholders and should be a good team player.
• Support the development of bots for IT organization and train the IT user community on RPA tools
• Continuously demonstrate the behavioral imperatives and Leadership Attributes in all activities and engagements.
