In this position you will be part of the research and development team of Advantest's Premium SOC Test Solution - the V93000 IC Test platform. You will work in a cross-functional team consisting of Hardware- and Software-R&D, product marketing, solution architects and customer support. As an expert in Agile development you will work as Product Owner on the interface between Software development and Product Marketing for the development of new features for complex SOC test solutions:
- Align the product vision with product management and solution architects
- Create and maintain the product backlog for the Software development team
- Prioritize the product backlog based on the overall strategy and business objectives
- Align cross dependencies with internal / external teams as required
- Conduct the inspect and evaluate circle on iteration base with the team
- Ensure customer targets are met
- Strong experience applying agile methodologies (e.g. SCRUM) and preferrable experience in Product Owner role
- Communication, teamwork and networking are part of your DNA
- Deep understanding of software design patterns, architecture and methodologies
- Good understanding of ICs / electronic measurement technology
- You are innovative, creative and like to think outside the box
- You like to work in a global team, but at the same time, you have a high level of personal responsibility
- Completed studies in the field of computer science or practical experience in a similar environment

- Preferred: Experienced in C / C++ / Java
- Your work location is primary Duisburg - Travel to other Advantest sites are possible
