Software Developer - Secret Clearance (SSBI) - Wiesbaden, Germany
The Software Developer will be required to work as part of a development team and interact with customers, conducting analysis to determine the most effective software and web technologies to satisfy their needs. The Software Developer will also assist business analysts in the gathering, defining, validation and testing of requirements.
The Software Developer is also tasked with the design, creation, testing, and maintenance of the software, web based applications and content solutions to satisfy customer requirements. They will need to follow a formal design process using formal specifications, data flow diagrams, other accepted design techniques and also adheres to laws, standards, and established guidelines for development and delivery of software and web applications (e.g., software reuse, modifiable, efficient, reliable, understandable, fault tolerant).
Additional Duties
Coordinates creation and collection of necessary technology components and integrate them into a coherent site design
Designs and develops visually-pleasing, content rich, user-friendly interfaces with intuitive navigation
Develops and maintains software and web development technical documentation to assist with software and web application maintenance and upgrades
Provides software process management and configuration management throughout the software / web development lifecycle
Integrates new software and web products with existing software and web applications in order to improve the functionality or design of the system
Possesses knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in web software development
Requires a proficiency in the use of one or more web technologies
Works independently on more complex projects
Qualifications
Active Secret Level Security Clearance
BA/BS Degree and 5 years’ experience
Ability to pass TESA requirement
DoD 8570 Level II Certification
Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in Web software development and design
Proficiency in the use of one or more web technologies such as C#, JavaScript, NetCore, Agile Framework.
Required Skillsets:
Knowledge of SharePoint 2016/SharePoint Online in common terms (document library, lists, web parts, and etc)
Working knowledge of SharePoint REST API
Working knowledge of HTML 5 and CSS
Working knowledge of TypeScript and familiarity of various web development frameworks such as React, Bootstrap, Gulp, NPM, Webpack, SASS, and etc.
Desired Skillset:
Working knowledge of Git, code commit, code branching, pull requests
Working Knowledge of SharePoint SPFX
Working Knowledge of ASP.Net Core and C#
Working knowledge of CRM and CRM online
Experience working in a collaborative development team with Agile methodology
Working Knowledge of Office online Power frameworks PowerApps and PowerAutomate
