What you can expect from us:
- You have a real desire to maintain customer relationships and always be the first point of contact for them in order to provide individual support
- You accept enquiries about orders, advise our customers individually about our products and our online shop
- You are a problem solver and creative solution finder
- You can deal with customers skilfully and emphatically, even in the event of complaints and claims, so that the customer feels they are in first-class hands with you
- You work independently with the help of our in-house systems and a modern CRM system, in which you document all processes
- You forward enquiries about orders to the relevant specialist departments and work closely with them
What you bring with you:
- You are an absolute communication talent and speak business fluent French and/or English
- You keep a cool head even in tricky situations and never lose your sense of humour
- You have experience in the customer and/or service sector. The customer comes first for you
- You are committed, goal-orientated, team-oriented and have your heart and mouth in the right place
