Your responsibilities and tasks:
Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market analysis of the product and applications within the assigned territory to identify opportunities, trends, and competitive landscape.
Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the SFT Head of Sales to refine and optimize the new machines sales strategy, aligning it with overall business objectives and market dynamics.
Coordination of Sales Strategy: Lead the coordination of new machines sales strategy within the country/cluster, ensuring alignment with corporate goals and objectives.
Sales Activities Leadership: Take charge of new machines sales activities within the SFT Division, effectively allocating resources and prioritizing initiatives to maximize revenue generation.
Sales Planning and Reporting: Oversee the development and implementation of new machines sales planning, forecasting, and reporting processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of information.
Employee Engagement: Foster employee engagement by effectively communicating the new machines sales strategy and vision, motivating the team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
Collaboration with Service Team: Work closely with new service Sales Engineers and service technicians to ensure a coordinated sales approach, leveraging synergies between new machines and service offerings.
Innovation and Adaptation: Encourage innovative thinking and embrace modern new machines products and theories, continuously seeking ways to enhance sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction.
Your profile and qualifications:
What education, knowledge, and experience do you need?
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
Knowledge
Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques, market analysis methodologies, and product lifecycle management. Familiarity with Separation & Homogenization New Machines products is highly desirable.
Experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the industrial machinery or manufacturing sector.
Proven track record of successfully developing and implementing sales strategies, driving revenue growth, and achieving sales targets.
Experience in market analysis, sales planning, and forecasting.
Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and achieving results.
Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts and ideas.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mindset and attention to detail.
Leadership capabilities, with the ability to inspire and influence others towards common goals.
Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.

Willingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed.
