We are looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer (m/f/d) to join one of our portfolio companies and develop its design efforts.
In your day-to-day work, you’ll collaborate with our portfolio company's product, engineering and customer success teams and driving design strategy and strategic projects.
Join our portfolio company: A German EdTech company focused on enabling students to access a wide range of digital learning materials and communicate via its platform. The fast-growing startup is active in several European countries, serving millions of students.
In this role, you’ll:
- Develop new features and animations for our portfolio company's Mobile App & Website
- Generate hypotheses to solve user problems based on research and data with product teams
- Oversee design system across App, Website, and other platforms
- Drive design language evolution in the App, testing new trends
- Improve App design continuously, measuring success with KPIs
Your Profile
- 4+ years of UI/UX design experience, ideally mobile design
- Proven experience on consumer applications within Agile frameworks
- Strong knowledge in common software e.g. Figma & After Effects
- Familiar and comfortable in iterative startup environments
- A strong portfolio demonstrating how you love to solve problems (with data)
- Enthusiastic about working in an experimental environment prioritizing user-centric approaches
Please note that we are looking for support in the Berlin office of our portfolio company. Eligibility to work within the EU is required as well.
