- Product Strategy and Development:
- Develop and own the product strategy for our AMR fleet manager
- Steer cross-functional teams in the development and launch of new product features and enhancements
- Ensure product development aligns with market trends and customer needs
- Product Roadmap:
- Define and maintain a clear product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on market demand and business goals
- Monitor and analyze market trends and competitor offerings to stay ahead in the industry
- Customer Focus:
- Define the market for the product by taking over business development tasks and helping with marketing input
- Understand customer needs and gather feedback to improve the product
- Develop strong customer relationships and act as a product evangelist
YOUR PROFILE
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
- Proven experience in product management, particularly in early-cycle product development in the B2B market
- Strong knowledge of robotics, AMR technology, and Fleet Management solutions
- Very good German and English skills
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making
