As a Product Designer for the design system, mainly on the mobile side (Android and iOS), you will work closely with Product Designers and Software Engineers to ensure a cohesive experience across our platforms.
You will help build a fantastic UI/design system with components, clear guidelines, processes to ensure consistency and scalability.
Working closely with and supporting the UX/Product Design Teams and dev/engineering teams, across multiple products. Collaborating with brand teams to ensure the brand vision is conveyed in the design system. Partnering with our development teams to create components by ensuring its built according to design and interaction specifications. Establishing design standards and principles accompanying the design system for scalability, efficiency, and consistency. Contribute to or develop design guidelines and patterns to maintain consistency across products. Maintaining the design system, create, and update documentation, and library components. Managing design projects, adhering to timelines, and balancing multiple tasks. Occasionally collaborating with user researchers, conduct usability testing, and gather feedback to inform and validate design decisions that are relevant to building the design system.
You have proven experience as a Senior Product Designer, preferably in a fast-paced technology or internet-based company, and have shipped digital products that serve millions of users. You have strong demonstrable experience building Design Systems, component libraries, and UI Kits for mobile applications (Android and iOS). You have strong proficiency with design tools and software, such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, and various usability testing tools. You should have a strong portfolio showcasing your end-to-end UX design skills including very strong visual design and user interface skills. Your strengths include strong problem-solving skills and creativity. You possess knowledge of current design trends and emerging technologies. You have a proficient command of spoken and written English.
