What you can expect:

• Further development of the HUGO BOSS equity story with the aim of achieving a long-term increase in shareholder value
• Independent relationship management with sell-side analysts, institutional investors and private shareholders
• Organization and execution of various IR-related events (in particular roadshows, conferences and Capital Market Days) as well as extensive, active support of projects relevant to the capital market (e.g. execution of Annual General Meeting)
• Preparation of content for capital market communications, including strategic, financial and operational topics 
• Independent implementation of IR-specific activities in close cooperation with external service providers (e.g. investor targeting, Share ID, proxy campaign) 
• Independent analysis of topics relevant to the capital market, as well as monitoring of general stock market developments, including the market environment relevant to HUGO BOSS 
• Support the further development of market intelligence at HUGO BOSS with a strong operational and financial focus on the relevant competitive landscape
   

Your profile:

• Successfully completed business studies (bachelor's/master's degree), ideally with a focus on finance, corporate strategy, corporate communications or similar
• Several years of professional experience (min. 4 years), preferably in the area of Investor Relations, or a comparable function with capital market relevance 
• Strong interest in the capital market and confident handling of topics relevant to the capital market 
• Analytical and structured approach to work as well as conceptual skills
• Strong ability to translate strategic, financial and operational issues into statements and presentations that are compatible with the capital market 
• Convincing communication skills (written and oral) in both German and English
• Extensive knowledge of MS Office and strong expertise in the usage of IR-tool such as Bloomberg, FactSet and others 
• Willingness and ability to regularly conduct business trips (both nationally as well as internationally)
