This is your chance to be part of an in-house Corporate Affairs Communications Team! As a Senior Manager of hotel and Owner Operational Communications, you will be protecting and elevating Hilton's reputation and driving Hilton's business initiatives forward by connecting to hotels and owners. Reports to the Senior Director of Owner & Operational Communications.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be like:
- Craft impactful communications materials such as programmatic hotel communications, hotel and owner weekly newsletter (NOW) articles, and talking points on behalf of Hilton's operations functions (i.e. Brands, Food & Beverage, Quality Assurance, Brand Standards, etc.)
- Source and integrate information and data to build engaging messaging that aligns with the broader Hilton enterprise narrative and Key Strategic Priorities
- Develop and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders across owner and hotel support teams as well as all of Hilton's teams that engage with hotels on operational matters (i.e. Commercial Services, Brands, Food & Beverage, Quality Assurance, Brand Standards, etc.)
- Uphold enterprise-wide governance for communicating operational changes to hotels and owners and seek to further refine Hilton's approach
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of work experience in Communications
- Experience with project management and related systems
- Travel up to 10%
It would be useful if you have:
- Internal and/or executive communications experience
- Business, financial, and/or franchise communications experience
- Experience working with a large, global matrixed organization and/or a mid-to-large-size communications agency
- Two (2) years of hospitality experience
