In your new role you will:
- Take over leadership for RTL2GDS flow and methodology topics in cross functional multi-site projects (deliver on time and within budget)
- Engage with stakeholders to manage expectations and translate product requirements into a best in class implementation flow
- Understand next generation project demands and define a roadmap for upcoming flow enhancements
- Develop strategy and create automation for new tool qualifications and component testing to provide latest tool version and features to Infineon users
- Bring software development concepts to SOC flow development – Agile, Meta-modelling, etc.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and accountability
- Analyse and solve problems of high complexity using your global expert network
- Maintaining relations to Universities for innovation and attraction of young talents
Your Profile
You clarify areas of responsibility, coordinate your work with colleagues, and regularly share your insights with them. You focus your efforts on finding solutions that offer added value for all stakeholders.
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Degree in an Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering and similar fields
- 6+ years of experience, with minimum of 3 years experience in leading teams
- Experience in the digital implementation of complex chips and strong flow and methodology know how plus knowledge about EDA landscape (software vendors)
- Proactive and self-driven attitude to collect the requirements from the user and identify the needs and also collaborate and be accountable
- Experience with conflict resolution, ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Strong communication skills and stakeholder management to solve conflicts, ability to manage budgets and resources effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Leadership skills for developing the team members skills and having strong organizational skills and attention to details
- Strong English communication skills is a must, German language is a plus - It is an international role
