The Global Marketing team brings to life the unique promise of Hilton's portfolio of brands by defining and delivering exceptional multi-channel campaigns. The role of Senior Manager, Agency Content Producer is to lead photography and video content production that will support Hilton's global marketing initiatives across owned and paid channels. Reporting to the Director of Content Operations & Account Management, you will partner with internal teams, external production partners, and agencies to deploy efficient workflow processes, use production technology, and deliver a high volume of assets for multiple channels. You will build a network and manage a team including a mix of contract, freelance labor, and production agencies.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Your role is important and below are some of the fundamental job duties that make your work unique.
What your day-to-day will be:
- Develop scope requirements per strategic and creative briefs ensuring creative and budget expectations are aligned
- Manage multiple content production shoots in various stages of production:
- Lead pre-production planning for shoots, inclusive of production timelines, budgets, and workflow.
- Provide detailed progress reports to partners and senior leadership to communicate risks and provide solutions
- Spearhead on-set production - lead location scouting process and permitting, talent management, brand standards compliance, crew and team member logistics
- Lead post-production process, and propose appropriate resourcing (in-house or external)
- Manage production calendar across marketing and loyalty team
- Oversee in-house equipment inventory and maintenance
- Ensure governance and legal compliance with brand standards, creative guidelines, usage rights
How you will collaborate with others:
- Work with partners and creative team to develop narratives, storyboards, shot lists, and ensure production feasibility
- Collaborate with XFN teams including Finance, Legal, Procurement, Creative, Content Orchestration, Account Management/Project Management, and Brand Marketing on content workstreams
What projects you will take ownership of:
- Develop a strategic production resourcing approach to deliver content at scale; build a team of producers, both in-house, freelance and contractors
- Lead vendor selection and management process to include sourcing production agencies, maintain a roster of video and photography resources, partner with Hilton procurement on soliciting RFPs, developing SOWs
- Monitor and review performance of production partners and independent contractors, managing scope, budget, creative execution
WHY YOU'LL BE A GREAT FIT
You have these minimum qualifications:
- Seven (7) years of professional work experience
- Production experience in a corporate or agency setting with experience producing a portfolio of high-quality video and photography
- Experience working and building relationships within large, matrixed organizations and production crews
- Experience leading teams and comfortable navigating competing priorities across business groups
- Experience managing budgets and accomplished in production pricing negotiation
- Experience with project management, budgeting, and workflow platforms
- Travel up to 15% of the time
- Work a hybrid office schedule based in our McLean, VA office
It would be useful if you have:
- Working knowledge of media production software (e.g.: Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro X, etc.)
