Your responsibilities at C&A
- Serve as the legal point of contact for C&A HR teams and advises the HR team on legal matters such as employment, social security and pensions.
- Manage employee disputes and litigation for leadership with or without the assistance of outside counsel, depending on the circumstances
- Draft and negotiate employment-related agreements
- Review and develop employee policies and procedures for the European group
- Develop and conduct training to the HR community on new regulation, compliance topics, etc
- Lead, Coach and develop the European Employment Law team members
What we expect of you
- Fully qualified lawyer with several years of similar experience in a law firm or corporate environment
- Ability to efficiently prioritize competing demands from many internal stakeholders
- Effective client-counseling skills plus strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English and German
