Your Profile:
Heart and Soul:
Your hands-on personality shines, eager to dive in and make a difference. You break away from silo thinking, eager to "do what it takes."
Educational Background:
Outstanding degree in an HR Relevant field (e.g., Psychology, Business Administration, Management) at a top-tier university or... you are on a contrarian path and have achieved an outstanding track record outside of university.
Relevant Experience:
Ideally, you have around 3-6 years of experience in HR, and you're no stranger to dynamic, fast-paced environments. Your experiences have given you a unique lens, and you have experience working in the German market.
Tech Skills:
You aren't just familiar—you're proficient in tools like Personio and SAP ByDesign.
Languages:
For this role, you must be fluent in both German and English – you must be able to read, write and speak at a full professional level in both languages.
