Senior Growth Marketing Manager (All Genders)

We are looking for a talented Senior Growth Marketing Manager to take the lead with our Growth Marketing strategies. Your main duties include running experiments across the funnel, improving conversion rate, and working cross-departmental to collaborate on new initiatives. Ultimately, you should be able to find and establish new and innovative ways to increase revenue and meet company goals.

• Work with cross functional teams to establish growth strategies to support revenue goals and ensure project success
• Identify opportunities to scale business, acquire new customers, and drive customer retention
• Conduct A/B testing to create data-driven strategies for hitting key metrics and engaging all funnels
• Create, manage and experiment with new user acquisition campaigns.
• Establish growth strategies for our major growth markets and unleash the potential within more mature markets for further growth
• Analyze data to monitor revenue performance and uncover areas for improvement.
• Prepare and present recommendations, reports, and findings from experimental data all the way up to the executive level.

• 5+ years’ experience in Growth Marketing.
• Solid project management skills: ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional partners, prioritize high impact activities, and keep complex projects moving forward.
• Strong background in digital and performance marketing with growth hacking experience and proven success of past projects.
• Outstanding written, oral and organizational ability.
• Proficient with website analytics tools (GA4 ideally)
• Strong analytical skills.
• You see exciting marketing possibilities in new technologies and emerging trends.
