Top Accountabilities

• Direct management of Amazon relationship in Germany.
• Accountability for all elements of the 1P Marketplace sub-channel in Northern Europe: responsible for forecasting, commercial planning, reporting and investment / budget management.
• Creating and owning joint business plans with customers, as well as inputting into plans with omni-channel customers to drive growth initiatives in the online space, supporting the broader Europe and Global ecommerce strategy.
• Work cross functionally to drive sales & marketing capability with the commercial and customer marketing team.
• Partner with Category Development and NRM to deliver the triple win, grow sales sustainably and profitably for the future;
• Analyse metrics and data to identify trends, generate sales growth, and enhance conversion.
• Lead Diageo’s exploration of the e-Commerce environment and test, evaluate, and scale innovative Digital Marketing activities to drive traffic and sales with key customers;
• Champion for eCommerce within the business and responsible for engaging and motivating cross-functionally to support the team and your customers;

About You

• Between 8 and 12 years of comparable experience. Previous experience with Amazon is required.
• Commercial competence to deliver brilliant performance.
• Creative flair for bringing brands to life.
• Have a growth mindset, with the ability to see the bigger picture and relentless in making things happen.
• A strategic operator, natural leader, and expert in engaging and influencing a broad partner set.
