To drive this venture forward, we’re looking for a CTO / Head of Engineering to lead our Software Development effort. We're in search of a visionary leader with a track record of successfully developing, launching, and scaling innovative digital products and services in a fast-paced environment.
Tasks
- Envision and inspire as a tech leader, shaping the technology strategy and vision across the entire company including engineering, product and data.
- Mentor, develop, and retain an internationally diverse tech organization, steer bi-weekly agile sprints, and lead achievement of the company-level OKRs.
- Oversee the execution of the technical roadmap, proactively addressing and resolving technical challenges, ensuring a robust foundation for sustained growth.
- Establish innovative products and services designed to captivate customers and optimize operational efficiency.
- Guarantee the scalability, reliability, and efficiency of our tech infrastructure and software architecture.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement technical solutions that drive business success.
- As a vital member of the founding team, effectively convey team’s decisions and manage stakeholder relationships whiling aligning company strategy with the broader business vision.
Requirements
- Proven experience in technical leadership role (e.g. CTO, Head of Engineering, Tech Lead, Lead Engineer) at a VC-backed startup or other fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability in building and leading high-performing technology team, ideally in companies at Seed/Series A/Series B stage.
- Background in software architecture with a strong focus on scalability and efficiency, while having an ability to stay hands-on and provide mentorship to the team.
- Strong technical acumen in project planning with the ability to identify bottlenecks and execute complex technology initiatives.
- MVP mindset and expressed interest in low-code technology, experience with platforms like Bubble.io, Xano, Make, or Airtable will be a plus.
