Senior Controller / Finance Manager (M/F/D)

We are currently seeking a dedicated Senior Controller / Finance Manager to join our finance team on a full-time basis. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to the financial health and growth of our company by ensuring accurate financial reporting and effective financial planning and control.

• Preparation of weekly, monthly, and quarterly financial reports.

• Preparation of annual financial statements according to German Commercial Code (HGB) and support of the annual audit process.

• Manage liquidity planning as part of the quarterly and annual budgeting process.

• Handle communications with auditors, banks, and government bodies.

• Take operational responsibility for ongoing accounting and controlling activities.

• Provide other reports, such as business plan, in English, to the executive management.

• A degree in business administration or a comparable commercial education with relevant additional qualifications, such as certified accountant (IHK).

• At least five years of professional experience in accounting and controlling, preferably in a mid-sized company.

• High level of commitment, flexibility, and willingness to learn.

• Strong teamwork capabilities.

• Strong business English skills. You must be able to communicate financial information fluently and effectively in both English and German.

• Experience in dealing with international clients is preferred.

• Proficient use of Datev, MS Office, especially MS Excel.

• A high degree of personal responsibility and autonomy.
