We at Allianz Consulting are looking for explorers, creators and doers to expand our "Creative Factory” within the "Product and Market Management” Practice Area, to answer our clients’ rising demand of creative works and to help Allianz Consulting become even stronger in their visual appearance.
Your key responsibilities/What you will get to do:
- Contribute to the visual marketing of Allianz Group
- Advise our clients on different media campaigns
- Create of emotional stories and mood boards
- Produce video/photo/key visual assets on place
- Take care of the finishing touches in the Post-Production (video editing, color correction, sound design, photo & graphic editing)
- Contribute to the day-to-day operations
- Bring your contribution and creative effort to business development and client pitches in cooperation with your Creative Director and Engagement Manager
- Work with client teams, to deliver best outcomes, with care for the quality of your deliverables and ensure project milestones are reached
- Take part and enjoy working on internal projects within Allianz Consulting, including internal knowledge sharing and team events
Key requirements / What we hope you bring:
- Successful completion of studies in Marketing or Media and Graphic Designs or Communication or Business or equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of work experience in a creative agency or media environment or sponsoring company in video creation or filmmaking
- Your experience or curiosity about developing creative assets for the financial or insurance industry
- Your Expertise in Final Cut Pro or Adobe Premiere
- Your Sophisticated skills and knowledge of camera, light and sound manipulation to create inspiring assets
- Your knowledge or skills in using Adobe Lightroom/Photoshop/InDesign as well as After Effects and/or a 3D-software
- Your Passion for design and creating visual emotions and sensations to tell the story
- Your motivation and team spirit, keeping you engaged and aiming to go for the extra mile
- Your continuous strive for personal and professional growth in an environment that supports you reaching your goals
- Your enthusiasm for working in a diverse and international team
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- If you are also advanced in written and spoken German, this would be a big advantage for the job
- Your availability to work on-site, in different locations in Munich and surroundings
