- Utilize own network and develop a company network in Thailand to originate, evaluate and negotiate Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Solar PV Projects.
- Develop relationships with Multinational Corporations (MNCs) and large local companies and explore all opportunities for On-Site and Off-site development needs.
- Manage and communicate with key client accounts in Thailand.
- Prepare and present proposal to clients.
- Secure and negotiate Power Purchase Agreements (PPA) and larger Direct PPA (dPPA) arrangements for corporate offtake.
- Build a 3-year strategy with a yearly improvement in pipeline opportunities and commercial returns.
- Manage yearly target deliverable and achieve a minimum 25% conversion rate from opportunity to execution.
- Manage commercial resources and align capacity and capability towards improved productivity in proposal generation, network management and client satisfaction.
- Conduct market mapping and scanning activities to generate new business.
- Development opportunities with new and existing clients.
- Establish partnerships with developers, EPC companies, chambers and associations or any other company that could accelerate sourcing pipeline of C&I projects or large solar sites for development.
- Assessment of new project opportunities, approval from management and support functions on technical and commercial appraisals.
- Obtain internal approvals for project execution & Investment.
- Develop best practices and tools for sourcing and evaluating projects.
- Travel and plan for marketing roadshows and client engagements with support from the internal Development Team members.
