Tasks and Responsibilities:
- Ensuring a smooth handover following a change of personnel: Reviewing the documentation of all processes in this person's area of responsibility, focus on optimising and improving these Back Office processes, passing on know-how to the existing team in a structured manner
- Perform settlement of Sales, Origination and Trading deals (incoming and outgoing invoices, netting statements), mostly on monthly basis.
- Cooperate with colleagues from business, accounting, IT and other operational team within an international team.
- Actively participate in ad-hoc projects within the Back Office where required
Your Profile:
- Profound know-how in the area of Back Office processes in an energy company that allows a fast onboarding
- Quick comprehension, good understanding of process flows and documentation
- Ability to simplify processes and hand them over in a structured manner
- Good IT know-how, quick in understanding various IT tools used for Back-office processes like trading system, invoicing system etc.
