Senior Back Office Expert (m/f/d)

Tasks and Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring a smooth handover following a change of personnel: Reviewing the documentation of all processes in this person's area of responsibility, focus on optimising and improving these Back Office processes, passing on know-how to the existing team in a structured manner
  • Perform settlement of Sales, Origination and Trading deals (incoming and outgoing invoices, netting statements), mostly on monthly basis.
  • Cooperate with colleagues from business, accounting, IT and other operational team within an international team.
  • Actively participate in ad-hoc projects within the Back Office where required

Your Profile:

  • Profound know-how in the area of Back Office processes in an energy company that allows a fast onboarding
  • Quick comprehension, good understanding of process flows and documentation
  • Ability to simplify processes and hand them over in a structured manner
  • Good IT know-how, quick in understanding various IT tools used for Back-office processes like trading system, invoicing system etc.
