As a Scrum Master at Clinomic, you will play a crucial role within our agile development team, not only facilitating the Scrum framework and advocating for agile best practices but also ensuring that production levels remain high. Your mission will be to guide, coach, and support our team towards optimizing workflows, enhancing communication, and nurturing a culture of continuous improvement and high productivity.

Tätigkeiten

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, etc.) with a focus on ensuring active participation and achieving productive outcomes.
• Serve as a servant leader to the Scrum team, aiding in the removal of impediments, facilitating discussions, and enabling the team to deliver high-quality work efficiently.
• Champion agile practices and principles within the team and throughout the organization, with an emphasis on maintaining high production levels.
• Collaborate closely with the Product Owner to ensure a well-defined, prioritized, and achievable product backlog, keeping production goals in mind.
• Monitor project progress and production metrics, ensuring that timelines, deliverables, and quality standards are met without compromising productivity.
• Cultivate a collaborative and empowering team environment that is open to change, innovation, and efficiently adapts to meet production demands.

Anforderungen

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent agile certification
• Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within agile teams, with a proven track record of maintaining high production levels.
• Comprehensive understanding of agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, etc., with a keen focus on productivity and efficiency.
• Exceptional communication and facilitation skills, capable of effectively managing team dynamics and fostering a productive team environment.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the capacity to navigate conflicts and drive the team towards achieving high production goals.
• Proficiency in English; German language skills are highly advantageous.
