In this role you will be responsible for the sales of products within a designated market/division, in line with the division strategy. Achieves both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable order growth, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. Responsible to identify and develop new sales opportunities.
Your responsibilities
- -Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand their needs, promotes their understanding of ABB’s complete products offering, and aligns with them to provide a solution.
- -Ensure a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- -Prepare sales plans using ABB authorized tools.
- -Perform regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s), in case of any potential order shortfalls.
- -Create added value for the customer and ABB and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals, by using effective sales techniques.
- -Communicate to the customers about the details related to delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions, in line with ABB’s offering and strategy.
- -Ensure efficient marketing activities and communicates value proposition to customers.
- -Identify and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market.
- -Manage administrative procedures in sales processes and supports cash collection and project management activities, when needed.
- -Prepare offers in coordination with the bid and proposal department and/or the Marketing Manager.
- -Ensure appropriate technical and financial aspects of offers are in place, including prices and trading conditions,
Your background
- Bachelor´s Degree in Electrical, Mechatronic, Electromechanical engineering (desirable) or Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical technician (desirable)
- High Scholl completed
- Five years of experience in similar positions.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office
- Salesforce ( desirable).
- Sales experience within the Critical Power (UPS) business.
- Medium English level.
- Relationship skills.
- Commercial vision.
- Analytical skills
- Current car driver's license (non-beginner)
- Availability to travel around the country to visit customers.
