This position is accountable for driving revenue performance of the Electrification Installation Products (ELIP) in the industrial business. The position requires a collaborative approach to implementing programs and processes aimed at maximizing sales margin and revenue, aligning with the Company's business plan. The individual will play a key role in evaluating business opportunities that directly impact the success of the territory.
Your responsibilities
- Serving as the primary point-of-contact for all channel and end-user in the respective territory.
- Meeting or exceeding the Integration Commercial Business Plan, defined by management, and its associated financial KPIs.
- Identifying new and existing market participation through a strategic go-to-market approach.
- Collaborating with price management to evaluate price/volume tradeoffs and providing tactical recommendations on potential business opportunities.
- Updating senior management on recommended courses of action for business opportunities.
- Coordinating activities within the district sales team and management to maximize efficiencies and opportunities in the territory.
- Participating actively with other sales team members in presentations, negotiation meetings, and customer visits.
- Identifying cross-divisional opportunities within the ABB group and collaborating with corresponding team members to provide a unified ABB solution.
- Executing the implementation of programs and processes to maximize margin and revenue volume, aligning with the company’s business plan.
Your background
- 2 to 5 years of Sales and/or Marketing Experience
- Minimum of 2 Years of experience in B2B Type Business Model
- Familiarity with the electrical industry and historical Go To Market strategies
- Successful completion of a Business Degree is an asset
- Demonstrated leadership and communication
- Strong business acumen
- Strategic thinking ability
- Process improvement oriented
- Project management experience is an asset
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Self-motivated, independent, and a proactive self-starterProficient with Microsoft office products
