Sales Program Manager & Chief Of Staff (F/M/D)

Effective and predictive execution is the most important challenge we are facing in Sales. In this role you will be instrumental to keep execution on track, drive improvements and help us to balance development across projects.

As Chief of Staff & Program Management, you will partner with the SVP Sales EMEA & APAC to drive efficiency and productivity of the Sales organization, streamlining business initiatives, managing programs, and communicating cross-functional objectives.

In this role you will act as a trusted advisor and representative of the SVP Sales EMEA & APAC, building and executing on programs that drive successful outcomes.

Your responsibilities:

• Oversee strategic business initiatives from ideation to implementation
• Partner with the Sales & Applications to drive cross-functional alignment and consistent measurement across the Sales organization
• Provide support and oversight for special projects and initiatives. Ensure the team is aligned to project requirements. Establish objectives and success criteria for the project with all stakeholders. Communicate the program status to relevant stakeholders and hold them accountable for outcomes.
• Translate the organizational vision and direction into team priorities in partnership with the SVP Sales EMEA & APAC
• Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, cross-functional teams, and external vendors to solve problems, implement new reporting and planning solutions, create operational efficiencies, and deliver successfully against high organizational standards
• Lead efforts to standardize and/or evaluate ad-hoc processes across organizational boundaries
• Sales metrics development, cadence management, organizational process design, productivity measurements, operational activity reporting, and global alignment of metrics in partnership with the Sales and Applications teams
• Act as a representative of the Chief of Staff & Program Management to various stakeholders, both internally and externally
• Provides expert guidance to help teams leverage data and performance metrics (e.g., Objectives and Key Results [OKRs] and Key Performance Indicators [KPIs]) to drive business outcomes

Your profile

To be successful in this role you have:

• Extensive experience of leading complex programs including both analog and digital hardware and as well as software development.
• Strong leaderships skills with a team first mentality. You need to be able to drive the organization forward with well anchored plans that has buy in both from engineers and management.
• Be able to dive deep into programs to fully understand status, manage program risks and take corrective actions.
• Operational experience and understanding of semiconductor market.
