As part of our scale up phase, we're looking for a Regional Supply Chain Lead to join our team and unlock the full potential of each region in Germany!
As such, you would own our Supply Chain performance to customers and build lasting relationships with our suppliers. All while managing your own team, impacting day-to-day business and setting up structural improvements.

What challenges await you
As our Regional Supply Chain Lead, you will be building our supplier relationships in your region and working closely with your team, Fulfilment and Commercial teams to ensure top customer satisfaction.
- Ensure high performance of our Supply Chain to customers while keeping our costs competitive
- Build strong and lasting relations with our suppliers, as well as the strategy for the region
- Lead our team of Supply Chain Coordinators to achieve our targets and enable key projects
- Using a data-first approach to identify opportunities and optimise our Supply Chain
- Making the right trade-offs on our stock management strategies
Who you are
- Bachelors or Master degree in Supply Chain Management, Business or Engineering
- 5+ years of working experience in Supply Chain or Logistics
- Team lead experience
- Fluent communication in German and English
- Excellent communication skills: building relationships with internal and external parties, including negotiations
- Strong analytical thinking: the ability to interpret and leverage KPIs and data effectively
- Hands on mentality
