Anfrage
- Bachelor’s Degree, 7years of experience leading large teams in a high-growth, service-focusedindustry, or equivalent
- Ability toprioritize multiple projects and adhere to business-critical deadlines
- Effectively utilizedata, logic, and instincts to drive solutions, including experience in runningcomplex processes with Lean or other techniques
- Excellentanalytical, verbal/written communication, and sales skills; prior P&Lexperience preferred
- Ethicalapproach to management and operations; expected to spend 80% of time with teams
- Must have a valid driver’slicense in country of employment; Ability to travel up to 75%
- Ability towork evenings and weekends and must be able to stand or sit for 8 hours or more
