They are looking to add a strong Business Developer and relationship driven consultant to help them grow to the next level.
Tasks
- Pioneer and expand the interim legal recruitment sector through innovative business development strategies and client relationships.
- Champion the brand's identity during client interactions, market events, and all external touchpoints.
- Expand and develop existing clients and relationships working closely together the recruiters to help allign needs and oppotunities.
Requirements
- Proven track record in professional recruitment in Switzerland.
- Stellar communication skills complemented by a high degree of emotional intelligence.
- Comprehensive understanding of the recruitment life cycle, sales dynamics, and business development tactics.
- An unyielding passion for recruitment and a drive to continuously elevate the industry.
- Proficiency in English and German is a must.
