- Leading, developing and coaching a team of high performing Recruiters, whilst nurturing a structured and inclusive culture within both your own team and across our wider EMEA Talent Acquisition org
- Working cross-functionally with various stakeholders in the business and People team to impact hiring plans, assess talent needs and advise on the best talent acquisition strategy by leveraging relevant market and historic data
- Identifying opportunities to accelerate hiring pace and challenges in our operation by proactively looking around corners and problem solving ahead of time
- Owning every aspect of your team’s performance, and being responsible for driving continuous improvements to facilitate exceptional team output and delivery to our stakeholders
- Regularly reporting on KPIs and process improvements based on data insights and feedback received
- Being an essential part of our functional TA leadership and impacting our overarching strategy as an EMEA Talent Acquisition team
