SRE DP M&A is the international specialist department for Mergers & Acquisitions within Siemens Real Estate supporting the Siemens Mergers & Acquisitions team in all real estate related topics in Siemens divestments and investments worldwide. The following tasks describe the role:
- You are responsible for all real estate related matters in Mergers & Acquisition projects of Siemens worldwide
- As part of a highly international and intercultural team, you provide real estate expert advice and support to management and project leads
- In acquisition projects you perform the real estate due diligence, lead expert sessions for real estate, analyze real estate related risks, define solutions and mitigation measures, and identify opportunities. You steer the integration of real estate into the Siemens Real Estate portfolio as part of the overall integration project
- In divestment projects, you oversee the real estate carveout. You identify and analyze the portfolio, develop required separation concepts, and steer separation activities. You oversee the preparation of real estate documents for data rooms, answer to real estate related questions of bidders and support contract negotiations
- You act as single point of contact for other Siemens expert teams and for the project lead when it comes to real estate related topics

- You completed your university degree in civil engineering, architecture, business administration for Real Estate or comparable education in Real Estate
- You have gained broad professional experience in real estate consulting and corporate real estate for several years. Additional M&A experience is of advantage
- You have strong and proven project management skills in complex projects and are resilient under time pressure
- You enjoy working in interdisciplinary and international teams and have strong communication skills
- You have gained intercultural professional experience abroad
- You are business fluent in English and have good language skills in German, at least one further language is also an advantage
