At the Bietigheim-Bissingen site, we are looking for talents who will successfully drive the growth and furtheR Development of our LiDAR products with us.

These challenges await you:

• Track the execution of R&D processes in all projects including IP Management and AREG activities

• Identify process improvements and drive their implementation with the corresponding disciplines

• Coach team on process excellence mindset, policy & practices

• Contribute to standardization, documentation & knowledge spreading in the department, including the consolidation of product related technical trainings

• Create / customize / improve the process workflows and share knowledge with the involved teams

• Be the interface between R&D development and quality

• Planning, Managing and control reviews in cooperation with Quality

• Manage tailoring and destandardization requests from project

• Support Project Manager, R&D Operation manager and Discipline TPMs to manage priority and process maturity tasks vs project milestone expectations

• Keep tracking and follow up on the Engineering Gates deliverables for the upcoming project milestones

• Prepare status reporting for R&D Process engineer scope for the management

You inspire us with that:

• You have a BacheloR Degree in Electronics, communication, Information Technology, Computer science, Mathematics or a similar education

• You have an excellent experience in Quality

• You have a good experience in the Software Quality Assurance / Software Development field

• You have a good knowledge in training or mentoring peers in engineering methodologies

• You have a strong background on the ASPICE process areas for the entire V-Cycle of software development

• You have a good experience with the software development process, systems engineering methodologies, and test techniques

• You have Experience in embedded SW/SYS development (automotive experience is a plus)
