Tasks
- Oversee your own portfolio (≈200 apartments) in one of our German markets
- Manage all aspects of the assigned assets end-to-end (360° Property Management)
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet Habyt's standards
- Maintain a positive and productive relationship with our tenants and landlords (Account Management)
- Negotiate lease extensions with our landlords in a timely and reliable manner
- Collect accounts receivable and handle operating expenses
- Develop and manage quarterly / annual budgets by forecasting requirements and analyzing variances, data and trends
- Oversee properties' personnel and assess its performance
- Accomplish financial goals and report periodically on financial performance for our own portfolio
- Knowledge of the real estate industry
- Ideally several years of work experience in a similar role
- Ability to create comprehensive budgets, calculations and reports
- Fluent level of German and B2 English, any other language is a plus
- Flexibility and attention to details
- Ability to work under strict deadlines
- Ideally possession of a driving license
