Job description

As a Project Training Trainee, you will support the training activities of our global project oneSAP, contributing to the harmonization of Infineon’s processes.
In your new role, you will:

• Contribute to training activities for one of the biggest projects within Infineon as part of an experienced team;
• Execute and coordinate all training activities according to the training roadmap;
• Support with all operational tasks of training (e.g., creation of templates, such as a list of participants);
• Organize and conduct trainer kick-offs;
• Collaborate and coordinate with different stakeholder groups;
• Monitor and track training activities in the Tableau Training Reporting Dashboard.

Your Profile

You are a methodic and organized person, who excels in international environments. You have a proactive and structured working style, with good communication and time management skills.
You are best equipped for this role if you:

• Have a degree in Business Administration, Communication Sciences, Computer Science, or an equivalent field;
• Have a good command of Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel and PowerPoint);
• Have an interest in new tools and show a proactive, precise, and focused working style;
• Are an open-minded team player and a fast learner;
• Show facility or aptitude to work with different cultures;
• Have fluency in English (written and spoken). Knowledge of German would be a plus.
