Execute Service work with low to medium complexity according to work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards and safety guidelines. Deliver quality customer service to satisfy customers. In close co-operation with customer and other ABB teams, take actions to identify new Service business opportunities for ABB.

Your responsibilities
- Performing service tasks like installation and commissioning of equipment, identifying technical problems, making analysis through remote or on-site activity in different service categories (installation and commissioning, routine maintenance, extensions, replacements etc.).
- Consulting with and advising customers on the best service solutions in accordance with standard processes, procedures and safety guidelines.
- Creating and maintaining strong relationships with customers, appreciating their needs and providing specialist assistance and solutions.
- Coordinating and executing specialist projects through planning, meeting milestones and regular reviews.
- Troubleshooting simple equipment failure and making recommendations to avoid repeating the problem in the future.
- Identifying opportunities to develop new service applications, equipment and methods.
Your background
- Advanced student or graduate of Electronic, Electrical or Systems Engineering, Automation or Robotics Engineering ( apostilled by Haya if issued abroad).
- 2 years of experience in similar position.
- Knowledge in programming of electrical protections. Interpretation of functional drawings.
- Experience in PLC, Scadas, HMI programming.
- Be available to travel to the interior of the country or outside the country (70% of the time traveling). Be available to go to the El Jaguel plant.
- Advanced English level.
- Current car Driver´s License (desirable)
- Passport (desirable)
