We are now looking for a 

 

Project Engineer (m/f/d)

 

to join our team working for a better future. 

 

The preferred location for the position is in Hamburg, Germany. 

 

What you will be doing 

 

As a Project Engineer you will work in a permanent position as a technical resource for the SES team in Germany for our Shaft Generator Systems.

 

You will be responsible for technical clarifications during project stage, working on solutions, continuous improvement and problem solving - and will be rising the quality of our products from project to project.

 

As a Project Engineer you will provide technical knowledge and understanding to perform engineering on:

 

  • Generators
  • Switchboards
  • Transformers
  • Frequency converters
  • Electrical motors
  • Battery systems
  • Integrating and interfacing the power components into a system
  • Communication among others to Sales, Project Management, Customer


You will shine in this role, when you have:

 

  • Preferably a Master or Bachelor degree in a relevant area (electrical engineering), or equivalent
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience, but also newcomers or young professionals are welcome
  • System knowledge, especially of the main components described above
  • Structured and practical way of working with hands-on attitude 
  • Good skills in MS office tools and preferably also SAP
  • Fluent English language skills (both written and spoken)
  • German language skills with B2 or higher
