Production Coordinator – casual work contract

Join our team in Salzburg/Austria as a Production Coordinator on a flexible work arrangement, where you'll be an integral part of our Production Management team.
We're offering a casual contract with the opportunity to contribute two days per week, up to a maximum of 11 days per month, spanning from April 2024 to October 2024. In this role, you'll be at the heart of our media production, ensuring that our production processes run seamlessly, effectively, and safely, all while adhering to strict deadlines. RESPONSIBILITIES
Areas that play to your strengths
All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:
Coordinate & Schedule
In this exciting role, you will be researching and coordinating crews, compile production call sheets and be in charge or the timely organization of carnets and filming permits. You will be organizing travels, accommodations and visas.
Costs
Another aspect of this role will be to log invoices and updating the cost tracker.
Maintain
You will maintain detailed production schedules, contact lists & deliverables.
Support
Furthermore, you will give administrative support and coordination for the production management team and complete post-production paperwork.
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- Availability from from April 2024 to October 2024 // two days per week, up to a maximum of 11 days per month
- Good administration skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Knowledge of Health and Safety legislation and procedures
- Able to prioritize and to work both independently and as part of a team
- the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Precise attention to detail and methodical approach to work
- Fluency in English; any additional language considered an advantage

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position, which is EUR 2.367,00 gross per month. However, our attractive compensation package is based on market-oriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
